Recipe – Spaghetti & Garlic

Put a pot of pasta water with generous amount of sea salt up on fire
when boiling HARD add your spaghetti
Shave two garlic cloves superfine and toast lightly in 2oz EVOO.
Then add 2oz of pasta water to immediately stop the garlic at the color you desire
