No grill in your house?
Go get a cast iron grill pan.
It’s amazing for fish, especially sea scallops. Just drizzle on some EVOO, Cyprus black salt and lemon. If you really want to get crazy with the sea scallops, then marinate them in vanilla beans and olive oil before you grill them.
